Main tasks of the RF center of the «RISDE»

• Provision of a common technical policy in distribution, using and protection of the orbital-frequency resource of the Russian Federation, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and international legal protection of frequency allocations of radio electronic means.
• Development of normative legal-management directives and technical documents concerning the regulations of using the RF spectrum and EMC of radio electronic means with taking into account the demands of the branch.
• Interaction with the Communications Administration of Russia, State Committee on Radio Frequencies, radio frequency bodies of Communications Ministry, Defense Ministry.
• Examination of projects of radio electronic complexes, systems on correspondence to national and international rules and procedures for radio spectrum application.
• Carrying out of investigations on radio frequency provision and information support of development of systems and complexes.
• Creation and maintenance of the data base of the Russian Aviation and Space Agency.
• Research and development of proposals for the Russian Aviation and Space Agency on the matters of investigations within the framework of the IUEC, radio communication sector.
• Arrangement and carry out of investigations on subjects of the IUEC-R, Study Group 7, managing the Working group under the Communication Administration of Russia on the subject of Study Group 7.
